New Kilburn Facility Officially Opens

SA Premier, Jay Weatherill officially opened the new Nobles head office complex at Kilburn

SA Premier, Jay Weatherill officially opened the new Nobles head office complex at Kilburn this week at an event attended by staff, shareholders and customers.

"We're very upbeat about South Australia's future" ,says MD, Angelo Primavera. “Nobles has grown in the years since the GFC which is a significant achievement in a tough economic climate.

“Mining along with the oil and gas sectors together represent more than 80% of our business today and despite the Olympic Dam announcement we remain very confident about the ongoing demand by Australia’s resources sector.”

Angelo says locating the company’s new head office building in Adelaide shows Nobles’ commitment to customers and the company’s SA heritage.

“As a result of this expansion in Adelaide and new branches at Gladstone in Queensland and Newman in WA this year we have taken on about 20 new staff nationally to accommodate the extra demand for our products and services,” he says.

“That is on top of another 60 new staff we have employed since 2007.”

During the past half century Nobles has supplied the latest technologies in lifting equipment to industry as well as providing testing safety certification and training.

“We will remain leaders through ongoing internal design and innovation in processes and equipment, through importing the latest international technology and through diversification,” Angelo says.
