Maintaining compliance whilst mitigating risks from COVID-19

Nobles are continuing to closely monitor COVID-19 developments and are taking all precautionary measures and advice from the government and health institutions. As we announced last week, we have enforced several measures to keep our staff, customers and suppliers safe including increasing sanitation stations in common areas, reducing the amount of customer contact and encouraging social distancing and ensuring employees who do not feel well, stay at home.

In current times precaution advice is changing daily, however, we want to assure you that Nobles field services teams are continuing to operate to existing schedules. We are still providing our superior technical services and have provided additional instructions to our field technicians to further protect them and you from COVID-19. Our technicians will be practicing social distancing as much as possible.

To further assist our team with social distancing we ask that you please collect all the equipment that is to be serviced and store it in one location away from your staff’s usual work area. Simply, let us know where the equipment is and our technician will complete the service work without any disruption to your operations with the added benefit of limiting the interaction between our staff and yours.
